ASIC · Foundry

Designed and fabricated. You receive the chips.

Requirements in. Mixed-signal silicon out — dies or packages, ready for board bring-up.

Workflow

From requirements to chips in hand

One path. Clear gates. Every step ends in a decision you can act on.

Requirements & NDA

Scope, interfaces, and constraints. Mutual NDA so detailed design data can move freely between teams.

Architecture / feasibility

Block diagram, node fit, risk list, and a clear go / no-go on process choice.

Design & simulation

Schematic, mixed-signal simulation, and design reviews with you in the loop.

Layout & signoff

Layout, DRC/LVS, and freeze criteria before foundry attach.

Secure freeze & foundry submit

Versioned files, checksum confirm, Field Viewers as customer of record at the fab.

Fab / MPW shuttle

Shuttle or dedicated run per quote. We confirm shuttle dates and capacity when we quote.

Packaging & test (optional)

Assembly and basic electrical test when the engagement includes it.

Ship dies or packages

Dies or packaged parts land with you, plus the documentation agreed at kickoff.

We lock shuttle dates and capacity into your quote — not a brochure calendar.

X-FAB XT011 (110 nm) — lead offering

Active focus for Field Viewers mixed-signal work. Ask for the next available shuttle when you start a project — we confirm dates and capacity at quote.

Mature CMOS (250 nm / 130 nm class)

Mature CMOS via foundry access partners. Tell us your node preference and volume; we map the access path and schedule in the quote.

Open-PDK prototypes (Sky130-class)

Lower-cost, faster turn experiments when you need silicon feedback before committing to XT011 or a mature commercial node.

How we engage

Design data handled like a fab program

Full-service or brokerage — you leave with dies or packaged chips and the docs you need to bring the part up.

  • Mutual NDA before detailed schematics or GDS move between teams.
  • Customer-supplied GDS: versioned filenames and SHA-256 confirm before foundry attach.
  • Field Viewers as foundry customer of record through tape-out and return of silicon.
  • Export and end-use paperwork completed when the program requires it.
